EXCHANGE & RETURN

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you don't, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of purchase. Returns after 14 days won’t be accepted.

Return fees:

  • Switzerland: You'll cover the return shipping costs
  • EU: €25 for returns or exchanges
  • Outside EU: €50 for returns, €79 for exchanges

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with original labels, boxes, and dust bags included. Received a damaged item? Let us know immediately - we're here to help! Customised or worn items can't be returned or exchanged.


How to exchange or return an item?

1. Register your exchange or return

2. Pack Your Item
If possible, please the original packaging if possible for ecological reasons. Further instructions will be provided after registration.

3. Send the Package
Important Note:
Returns must be sent from
the country where the order was originally shipped (For example, orders sent to Germany must be returned from Germany).

Switzerland: Drop off your package at your nearest post office.

EU orders: Attach the FedEx label we provide and drop it off at a FedEx location or schedule a FedEx pick-up for convenience.

Non-EU orders: We will guide you on the process after registration.

4. Receive Your Refund, Credit, or Exchange
Once we've inspected your return, we'll process your refund, store credit, or exchange as quickly as possible. Please note that return fees or non-refundable. Let us know if you need any help - we're happy to assist. 😊

REPAIR POLICY
All INA KESS styles are subjected to an expert quality check before being sold and dispatched. If a defect occurs after wearing the style will be repaired free of charge by INA KESS within one year of the date of purchase, or within 1.5 years in the case of jackets or blazer styles, on presentation of the correct purchase receipt. However, this only applies if the style has been treated correctly in accordance with the care instructions. In all other cases, INA KESS accepts no liability.
