Delivery & Return Policy

 

DELIVERY 

We offer free delivery in Switzerland and the EU, EUR 29.- for all other countries.

We use Swiss Post in Switzerland and GLS or FedEx for international shipping. Normally the shipping within Switzerland and Austria takes 1 business day. Any order validated by 1pm (CET) from Monday to Friday will be sent on the same day.

Overseas the delivery time depends on the shipping destination and can take up to 7 business days. If you would like to receive information about delivery times to a specific country, please contact us at contact@inakess.com.

For deliveries within Switzerland and the EU, prices include VAT if applicable.
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Switzerland and the EU may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country and will not be paid by INA KESS. The recipient of the shipment is the importer in the destination country and is responsible for all taxes or customs duties. In this case we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs, taxes or duties.

 
REPAIR POLICY
All INA KESS styles are subjected to an expert quality check before being sold and dispatched. If a defect occurs after wearing the style will be repaired free of charge by INA KESS within one year of the date of purchase, or within 1.5 years in the case of jackets or blazer styles, on presentation of the correct purchase receipt. However, this only applies if the style has been treated correctly in accordance with the care instructions. In all other cases, INA KESS accepts no liability. EXCHANGE & RETURN
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If this is not the case, you can easily exchange or return your order within 14 days of the order date. Returns after this period will not be accepted. INA KESS does not cover return fees.  

The right of exchange or return only applies to unworn, unwashed, and flawless items from which the labels have not been removed. Please ensure that all original boxes and dust bags are also included in your return. We check the condition of all individual parts before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged, please let us know immediately. Clothing that shows signs of having been worn cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Customized items cannot be returned.

How do I exchange or return an item?

To return an item or exchange it for a different size, color or style, proceed as follows:

  1. Register your exchange or return
    If you have ordered from Switzerland, register your exchange or return HERE.
    If you have ordered from another country, register your exchange or return HERE.
  2. Pack your return
    You will receive information about the return shipment after registration. For ecological reasons, please pack the return in the original packaging if possible.
  3. Send your return shipment
    Take the shipment to the shipping provider of your choice (except for shipments outside the EU.) We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany. Otherwise, the return is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).
  4. Receive your refund, credit note or exchange
    Once your return has been received and checked, the refund to your original payment method, credit note for future INA KESS purchases or exchange will be sent. Insurance and handling fees will not be refunded by INA KESS in case of returns.
